- Grade 12
- Cytech Certifications (advantage)
- Working experience within a similar role
- Good technical attributes
- Strong administrative skills
- Wiring, electrical or electronics experience
- Some technical support experience in repairing electrical/mechanical equipment, software support & maintenance, troubleshooting, following SOPs and client services
- South African (valid S.A ID), Driver’s License
- Own transport
- Computer literate (Outlook, basic MS Word and Excel)
- CRM/SAP skills (advantage)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service, support, admin, and advice for “all things Ebike” e.g., ebike motor support, spares and accessories for ebikes
- Technical support includes effective troubleshooting for ebike motor errors, etc.
- Complies with manufacturer’s requirements (Bosch Ebike Motor systems) which includes software analysis, installations/upgrades, warranty claims support, etc.
- Assists with the general smooth running of the office such as admin and manufacturer data capturing, health and safety protocols and company business goals and targets (provides sales rep with technical support)
- Provide accurate and efficient technical support (hands-on position)
- Follow company policies and procedures
