Job description: Business Lounge at the airport requires an experienced Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Reception background, be energetic, passionate, service centric. This involves shift work from 5am to 1pm and 12pm to 9pmResponsibilities:
- Meeting, greeting and checking in of guests
- Processing payments
- Cash handling
- Handling and escalating guest compliments and complaints
- Promoting positive company image
- Keeping updated with company regulations
- Assisting with admin duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Hospitality qualification preferable
- 2 years Receptionist experience gained in an upmarket Hotel/Resort
- Highly presentable
- Excellent command of the English language
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays and late shifts and travel
- Reliable transport
- Clear Criminal record
