Our client, based in Strand (Helderberg), in the geriatric care industry, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Reception/Admin Clerk (Junior) to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
- Utilize computer systems effectively for data entry, communication, and reporting.
- Provide empathetic and patient-centered support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements:
- Proven reliability and responsibility in previous roles.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the elderly and their unique needs.
- Demonstrated patience and compassion when interacting with residents and families.
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with attention to detail.
