Job description: Job SummaryOur client is recruiting for a Printer Support Technician, with 2 years’ of experience in printers and IT support.Minimum requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transport
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Kyocera and Toshiba certified training would be advantageous
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in printers
- Experience in IT Support would be advantageous
Required skills:
- Problem-solving
- Eager to learn
- Willing to ask for help
- Must be able to work independently
- Professionalism
- Team player
- Must have experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a job card system would be advantageous
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist clients remotely via TeamViewer and AnyDesk or per telephone
- Customer service
- Attending to printer support
- Attending to IT support
- Troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of printers
- Attend to support requests of services that the company provides
- Make sure that all the equipment is looked after
- Installations of printers, IT equipment, networking equipment, trunking and network cabinets
Remuneration:
- R 10 000 – R12 500
Remuneration include: A company cellphone and a company laptopWorking hours:Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 16:30Please note: The candidate can be asked to work overtime, if it is requestedIMPORTANT:Applications close 22 November 2024
