Job description: An excellent opportunity exists for an Office Administrator to join a medium size, fast growing well-established Accounting firm. They are seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join their current Somerset West based team on a permanent basis.The firm operates within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration
- Liaise with clients
- Tax Admin & Company Secretarial
- CIPC submissions
- SARS registration
- Handling of SARS admin queries , submissions of documentation
- Finance data capturing
- Other admin & finance related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Matric
- At least 3 – 4 years of experience in the same or similar role.
- Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
- Attention to detail.
- Trust Administration knowledge would be beneficial.
- SARS e-filling & CIPC submission
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to deal with pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid license and own transport.
- Advanced computer skills essential
