Job description: Our client, a leader in the engineering industry, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator/Clerk to join their dynamic team in Mbombela (Nelspruit). This role is crucial in ensuring efficient administrative support and streamlined workflow management.Minimum requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Certification in Office Administration, Sales and Marketing will be advantageous
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience providing administrative support to management and experience in professional services environment will be highly advantageous
- Ability to work with management and the technical team individuals to plan meetings (agendas), record keeping, document control administration and design office administration in an efficient manner
- Ability to handle all document management systems, indexing, electronic filing systems as well as ongoing document register management with an excellent eye for detail
- Proactive problem solving of organizational issues and process improvement with experience in planning and coordinating
- Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicles, servicing, licensing and/or calibrations are adhered to well as maintenance of administrative customer/creditor’s accounts
- Must be proficient in English
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license is advantageous
- Computer literate on MS Office is required
