Glencore’s Group Assurance function is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Graduate Programme.
This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a knowledge foundation of internal auditing with one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies.
The position will offer a unique insight into Glencore’s worldwide business, covering industrial assets, commodity trading, and corporate functions.

When participating in the Group Assurance Graduate Programme, you will be an integral team member within the Group Assurance function and will be responsible to perform tasks relating to planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up of internal audits and advisory work.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in:
- Accounting,
- Finance,
- Business Administration,
- Engineering
- Economics.
