Job description: Our client in the energy sector is looking to build up their client base in Kwa-Zulu Natal and are current searching for Field Sales Consultants to join their team.They looking for the young and impressionable individuals who are motivated by money and success.They will consider Junior or Senior, Sales Consultants. They are looking for polished, professional and well presented with a successful track record in sales. They love active, sporty and healthy living people.In order to be considered the following is required:
- Matric is a minimum requirement but experience counts for more than a qualification
- Good mathematically and a willing mindset to learn a new process and product
Responsibilities:
- Ability to engage with customers and gain an excellent understanding of their product
- Problem solving and admin are crucial to success and failure of the role
- Solar industry is not a specific, they are very open on sector experience
- Would like candidates who are great at customer engagement, product knowledge
- The client is willing to take someone with the right attitude and teach them the necessary skills
- Effective sales mentality, self-motivation and discipline are exceptionally important
