Job description: · This individual will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls, responding to emails and otherwise providing technical support to customers· Remaining knowledgeable of existing and new products and accessories· Providing testing support, product overview and basic technology instructions· Responding to warranty inquires, replacements or return requests, and helps refine the warranty process· May be called on to assist the shipping department with parts inventory replenishment, packaging and shipping replacement parts· Performing product overviews and communicating to the proper department· Occasional travel to customer locations and trade eventsTechnical customer service experience preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceProficient on Microsoft Office programs and keyboarding, specifically OutlookExperience in Automotive Aftermarket a plus· Detail orientation· Organizational and process skills· Effective communication skills· High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others· High level of analytical ability where problems are complex required· Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment required· High level of mechanical aptitude· A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements
Expected salary: R16500 per month
