Job description: We have full time vacancies available based in our clients Operations Center.Your usual day in the office will include:Engaging with customers to provide the best solutions to their needs.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Contributing to the success of our clients business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results.
Meeting the high standards expected within our clients culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality.You’ll be successful in this role if you have:Proven experience in providing the best customer service at all times.
Experience where you have to listen, engage with and understand customers needs.
Proven ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and aptitude to learn and develop oneself– our clients can provide the tools and support to set you up for success. Full product training will be provided for successful candidates.
