Job description: Customer Service – Cape TownFull job descriptionNeeding a Customer Service agent during peak season to assist on a contract basis.Must reside in Cape Town area, would need to work remotely at home 80% of the time. So would need to have a full functioning laptop and good strong fibre line.Would need to work 20% of the time (on average) at Century City office.Customer service role with email and livechat supportSupport surrounding exams – exam registration, PoE submissions, online exam support.Must have good communication skills (verbal and written), fast typing speed, accuracy and spelling and grammar is important.Self disciplined and able to work on your own but also be a team playerJob Type: TemporaryContract length: 3 monthsPay: From R6 000 per monthExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2025/01/15
