Job description: Job SummaryOur client is searching for a Corporate Services Administrator (Permanent, Midrand, fully remote – need to be available for meetings in Midrand when needed.)Role Summary: The Corporate Services Administrator will support the Head of Operations and Executive Director in managing day-to-day operations, corporate governance, and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating meetings, handling communications, providing secretarial support, and backing up financial operations when necessary. It also includes project coordination, ensuring compliance, and improving office systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for the Executive Director and Unit Heads.
- Perform secretarial duties, including minute-taking and following up on action items.
- Assist with project coordination, governance activities, and policy reviews.
- Handle office administration tasks: procurement, filing, and distribution lists.
- Backup financial administration and support budgeting processes.
Key Competencies:
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in minute-taking, report preparation, and project tracking.
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently coordinates multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective internal and external communication.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing issues, improving systems, and supporting decision-making.
- Corporate Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with governance processes, compliance, and meeting facilitation.
- MS Office Proficiency: Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Office Administration or similar.
- 3-4 years in office administration, governance, or executive support.
