Job description: Due to recent growth, our client is in need of Two full-time Control room Operators for the Morning Shift (0600am-1400pm). The role involves handling inbound customer calls, responding to client queries and complaints, escalating queries / complaints to relevant department, providing timeously feedback for clients and data entry into our monitoring and reporting software.
Requirements:
Good phone manner
Computer and admin skills
Call Centre Experience – Desireable
Customer Service Experience
Able to work rotational shift roster
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Able to communicate with many different types of personalities
