- Internal and external customer support
- Processing orders
- Attend to queries (lodging, resolution)
- Administrative support – orders, sales and policy compliance
- Telephone support
- Provide feedback to internal and external customers
- Provide product related information and support
- Reporting
- Accounts payment admin
- Upselling products to clients
- Assiting with organising internal and external events
