You will play a vital role in managing operational tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth business operations. Enjoy a competitive salary of R23,000 per month, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (SAST).Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to project managers and senior team members.Manage scheduling, document preparation, and data entry tasks.Assist in coordinating construction and renovation project timelines.Handle client inquiries and maintain accurate records of communications.Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.Maintain databases and ensure proper document management.Support procurement and inventory tracking for ongoing projects.Prepare reports and presentations as required.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in construction or project management.Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.Experience handling project coordination tasks is an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
