Job description: Our client a well established transportation organisation is seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk for Fourways / Roodepoort , Johannesburg area.Successful candidate will be responsible for Debtors, Creditors and general administrative duties.WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.Min Requirements
- Grade 12
- Must have Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience. NON NEGOTIABLE
- Must have Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience. Experience must inlcude Formulas Add, subract ,multiply, divide, SUM. (We will test you)
- Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on excel and pastel partner.
- Must have own transport
- Creditors Experience is non negotiable.
- Min of 5 years experience in same or similar admin role.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy
- Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
- Experience in Automotive parts, manufacturing, motor or transportation industry will be advantageous.
