Job description: Job Summary An exciting opportunity is available at our established Accounting Firm in Ballito for a full-time Tax Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: – Complete the income tax returns for various types of clients e.g. individual, company, trust, non-profit entity – Handle SARS verification – Submit objections, appeals and requests for remission – Register taxpayers for various tax types – Handle escalations and complaints – Calculate and submit provisional tax returns – Submit dividends tax returns – Maintain tax compliance – Update details with SARS incl. registering representatives – Deregistrations – Attending SARS appointments – Respond to SARS and client queries Requirements: – 3-5 years of tax experience at an accounting firm – Proficiency in eFiling and tax compliance processes – Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines – Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently – Excellent communication skills – Own vehicle required – Qualification in tax/accounting is advantageous Availability: On or before 01 March 2025 Salary: Market related based on proven experience (R17,000 to R23,000) Email:
