We are currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our client’s own finance team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and bookkeeping functions for the organization.Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and documents
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
