Based in Durban (must live in Durban or have own accommodation)
- BTech, Degree, or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Implementation and Auditing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management for civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in bulk services installation and large-scale civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Achievement of zero major non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Consistent compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation
- Develop a project-specific QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct regular internal and external quality audits.
Inspection and Testing
- Oversee inspection processes for materials, workmanship, and installations.
- Approve test plans and witness critical testing stages.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance processes and inspections.
- Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to project stakeholders.
Training and Continuous Improvement
- Train project staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by addressing recurring quality issues.
