Job Duties:
- Experience in the building industry from a foreman/manager position.
- Admin and computer skills to manage repairs and maintenance-related documentation to fulfil accounting requirements.
- Liaise with Tenants and Landlords regarding required work.
- Report to Directors and Landlords regarding required work.
- Coordinate quotes/tenders for required work.
- Manage contractors and report back on jobs in progress.
- Manage and coordinate the processing of draws/invoices.
- to add value to the repairs and maintenance process through regular initiatives.
- to track, schedule, coordinate and conduct all interim inspections.
- To track, schedule, coordinate and conduct handback inspections.
- To prepare and submit ad-hoc formal reports to Directors and Landlords.
- Manage the reading of electricity meters monthly.
- Be hands-on with day-to-day repairs and maintenance.
- Be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the organisation complies with all external regulations and internal policies and managing risks. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and advising the organisation on legal and regulatory matters, mitigating compliance risks.
Salary:
