We’re seeking a Finance Assistant who is proficient in Xero, with experience managing sales and credit ledgers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to building a long-term career in the property sector.Key Responsibilities
- CIS and Reverse VAT Management: Process and manage CIS and Reverse VAT transactions to maintain compliance.
- Xero Accounting: Ensure accurate financial records, focusing on sales and credit ledgers.
- Financial Transactions: Record, process, and reconcile daily financial activities.
- Ledger Management: Oversee sales ledger, credit control, and payment processing with precision.
- Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close.
- Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage account queries and statements with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory:
- 2-3 years of finance experience with Xero.
- In-depth knowledge of CIS and Reverse VAT.
- Proficient in managing sales and credit ledgers.
- Beneficial:
- Background in the maintenance or property management sector.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven, with a dedication to long-term career growth.
