Key Responsibilities
Sales and Market Development

Promotion of Sales, Conversions, and Rentals:
- Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed budget expectations through effective promotion of our products.

Quotation Preparation and Submission:
- Develop and submit detailed quotations to existing and potential clients to secure business and foster relationships.

Market Development:
- Identify and engage prospective new clients, actively working to convert leads into loyal customers.

Sales Cycle Administration:
- Perform essential administrative duties such as forecasting, reporting, maintaining the customer database, data entry, and correspondence to complete the sales cycle.

Client Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to accounts on targeted lists utilizing the customer database, ensuring regular and meaningful client interactions.

Database Building:
- Expand the customer database by tapping into targeted market segments through prospecting, networking, email/e-marketing, and leveraging Internet information sources.

Client Terms and Conditions:
- Ensure all clients understand and adhere to the company’s standard terms and conditions.
- Pipeline Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, catering to both current and future client needs.
Accounting and Administrative Duties

Debtor Management:
- Maintain an immaculate debtor ledger by managing debtors actively and resolving credit-related queries efficiently.

Invoicing and Credit Applications:
- Handle the allocation and processing of invoices and manage credit application facilities to sustain smooth financial operations.

Credit Notes Processing:
- Address credit-related queries and process credit notes diligently.

Office Administration:
- Perform basic office administrative tasks, such as switchboard operations, filing, and coordination of depot maintenance and repairs of containers.
- Depot Coordination and Supervision:
- Oversee daily depot activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
