Job description: Hiring: Accounting ClerkLocation: Woodmead, GautengStart Date: ASAP/ImmediateSalary: R12,000 – R16,000 CTCReporting to: Financial ManagerQualifications:Matric (Compulsory)Booking course or equivalent (Added advantage)Skills Required:Pastel Evolution (Must)At least 2 years accounting experienceIntermediate Excel skills (Must)Cashbook, Debtor, and Creditor experience (Must)Knowledge of ethical accounting practicesStrong communication skillsRetail industry experience (Advantage)Ability to manage multiple companiesProblem-solving and ability to work under pressureAccuracy and deadline-drivenKey Responsibilities:Daily cashbook processing on multiple accountsBank reconciliations (weekly and monthly)Invoice and credit note processingCreditor reconciliations and payment submissionsDebtor control and monthly statementsIntercompany loan reconsCycle count reconciliations and PO preparation for non-stock purchasesSupplier invoice processing and payment managementDaily filing and assisting with other group companies as needed
