Proficient in MS Excel
Minimum of one years experience in an accounting firm (training will be provided for remaining areas).
Responsibilities:AccountingProcess financial records from source documents to trial balance in Pastel, including:
Bank Manager and Cash Book modules.
Customer and Supplier modules.
Prepare and submit VAT201 returns on eFiling.
Financial ReportingDraft financial statements using Draftworx.
Perform year-end reconciliations and finalization.
Complete corporate income tax returns.
PayrollProcess payroll using SimplePay payroll software.
Prepare and submit EMP201 returns on eFiling.
Generate IRP5 certificates.
Submit bi-annual EMP501 returns on EasyFile.
TaxationComplete personal income tax returns.
Prepare and submit provisional tax returns.
StatutoryHandle company registrations and amendments.
Submit CIPC filings, including annual returns and beneficial ownership updates.
